Love the entertainment that Chef Shawn does and his food is AMAZING. Love the atmosphere.

Service was slow. Food ordered didn’t come with the sides stated on the menu. Water tasted like rusted nails and had very bad after taste. Ordered a tea and was never brought to me, had to ask for it to be taken off bill. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Food great, chef excellent, service less then mediocre. It took the server a while to even come and take our drink order and an additional fifteen minutes to deliver our drinks. I ordered a beer to drink and when I finished the first she never asked if I wanted another beer. I didn't get another until my daughter asked her to bring me one. I asked her why she did that and she said "obviously she wasn't going to ask if you wanted another. So I asked for one." The management there shows they know that there service is bad because there are signs stating "there will be a 15% gratuity added to all hibachi tickets"

Consistently good i have never had a bad order and i eat here a least once a week

Best hibachi grill in Lake Charles. Ask for M. K. for your chef. He is the best, good cook and very entertaining.

The food is delicious and well priced, but the service here is what will keep me coming back. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by a sweet gentleman (sorry we didn't get your name!) and served by Devan. We never wanted for anything and his upbeat attitude kept us smiling the whole meal. Thank you for an amazing night out!

For an Ohio girl this place showed great hometown feel minus Ohio YumYum sauce... Chefs were entertaining and waitress although she didint check for refills was pleasant

The sushi was great but my shrimp were very salty. I would still recommend this place. All the other times the food was 5 stars.

Amazing time with the family although my youngest son didn't quite enjoy it as much as rest of us did I will definitely be visiting this establishment aging in the near future.

Cook was entertaining but food was not as it should have been. All the other Hibachi places I have been were quite a bit better. Considering the price vs the food...find another restaurant. Specifics: The salad was nothing but iceberg lettuce with a lumpy not even sure what it was "house" dressing. The soup seemed to be merely chicken broth with green onions floating in it and a bit of extra black pepper. The Fried rice was nothing but rice and egg with some sauce and the noodles were literally just spaghetti noodles with some sauce mixed in. I had the Filet and Scallops. The steak was good and cooked correctly but he drowned the scallops in a stir fry sauce as well as they were undercooked and still mushy and watery. The vegetables came late and were also drowning I the same sauce. Over all, the only really good thing about the food was the ice tea tasted very fresh. I can say that our server was very attentive.

The chef was very funny and engaging with his customers. The food is great and you get a big plate that i had to take some home. Love that place, but can only go on special occasions. If you have extra and want to treat your self by all means.

Food was great, tired of junk food. Had beef and steamed rice, didnt offer fried rice.

The staff was so polite and greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors. The manager Steven was doing an amazing job of making sure things were running smoothly and even visited our table to check on us. It was a pleasant dinner and will definitely be back!

Teriyaki Shrimp wasn’t good, probably 3/10, and it wasn’t even cooked in the teriyaki. Not to mention, the fried rice tasted like smoke, and the yum yum sauce tasted like honey mustard (way too sweet). However, the waitress, Allison, was super friendly, and the spicy crab roll and spicy mayo were good. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back.

Kyoto's is an amazing restaurant with excellent staff who have a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine

Mr. Tang and his staff have always treated and served my family well. Bee was our cook and Andy was our server. Both of them did outstanding and Bee was very entertaining. If possible request him your next visit!

We had an absolute blast here. The food was excellent, good service, and a fun time!

Great place to eat. Staff and cook offered great service. Kids love to want the gentleman cook the food. Would recommend this place.

Atmosphere and service - very good! Snow crab salad - SUCKS! - nothing but shredded imitation crab meat on top of plain iceberg lettuce and no dressing.

Love the food here and the show is just icing on top of the fried rice. We've been here a bunch and always enjoy the food. The chefs all have their own style of doing things but the food is always top notch. It's a little on the expensive side but it's totally worth it considering you get served enough food that you'll probably take some home. That being side this is one of the very few restaurants that I'll take food home from and actually end up eating in the following day or two. It's not as good reheated as fresh of the spatula but it's definitely better then most other restaurant left overs. Will continue to frequent both locations.

Kyoto's hibachi is really good. Love the Edamame and panfried gyoza. Our server, Chandler, was very sweet and kept checking on us. The service and atmosphere is enjoyable.

For starters, the service was very good and the food was excellent. I got the Chefs Choice Sushi Plate and was not disappointed. The Hibachi entree was delicious and there was plenty of food. You will not leave here hungry.

Kyoto delivers what it promises. Fun, lively entertainment as you watch a hibachi chefs antics . My kids love the experience and I find the nights here to be pleasurable. The food is good, if very similar to all other hibachi and the show is much the same. But I can't imagine anyone feeling disappointed going there

Kyoto has wonderful food! The noodles are delicious. The rice is excellent. The portions are large. The price is decent for a steak house. I have only ordered to go. They have an good selection to choose from. The sauces are delicious. However, I look forward to eating inside soon!

Overall a great Hibachi experiance. Our waiter wasn't on their game but the chef hit it out of the park. Great show, great food, great conversation. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to have good food and a good time.
